Save this as 'bootskin.ini' at C:\Program Files\Stardock\WinCustomize\BootSkin\skins\"name of bootskin" :
[BootSkin]
Type=0
Name = "filename"
Author = "Your Name"
Description = "none"
ProgressBar=progress.bmp
ProgressBarX = 210
ProgressBarY = 80
ProgressBarWidth = 220
Screen=filename.bmp

You'll also need a file used for the background saved as a bitmap image (640x480) and needs to be 6-Bit, this is what you save as filename.bmp
Progress bar, also 6-Bit, should be 22x9 and save it as progress.bmp
